AzoFert(R)
AzoFert® is a decision-support software for crop nitrogen fertilization. It is based on the complete mineral nitrogen balance method (Machet et al., 2017). Based on a measurement of mineral nitrogen residue, it calculates the optimal rate of fertilizer to apply to a field. It takes into account : (i) today's demanding quality production requirements, (ii) changes in farming practices (with an increase and diversification of organic inputs), (iii) environmental protection (water, air).
