An ongoing project where an automatic system for generating, managing, transmitting, and utilizing data in connection with the distribution of livestock manure is being developed. An NIR sensor is installed on the manure spreader to measure the composition of the manure. Based on the collected data, a nitrogen utilization is calculated in the Manure Efficiency Calculator, which is further developed and implemented in CropManager.
